Renewal and Rebirth: Welcoming the Season of Growth

March feels like possibility. Even if winter still lingers here in Minnesota, I’m carrying warmth in my bones from my first solo trip to Jamaica. That trip was everything I needed — ocean therapy, spectacular views, food and WATA that nourished me, and people who embraced me fully. I was in pure vacation mode, without fear, without rush. It was a true renewal — an escape from the madness of politics at home and a chance to soak in a culture that reminded me of joy, belonging, and ease.

Renewal is about noticing where life is sprouting again, even in the places that felt dormant. It’s the invitation to believe that growth is always possible, no matter what came before.

Reflections for March:

  • What seeds am I planting in my life this season?

  • Where do I need to let go to make room for growth?

  • How can I honor renewal in small, daily ways?

March reminds us that life moves in cycles — and growth always returns, even after the hardest winters.
